HRBP | Employer Branding | Talent Acquisition | Global HR Operations

Hi there, this is Giuseppe Palermo and welcome in my personal corner of the internet—an attempt to tell you who I am and what I do, without sounding like a walking résumé or a LinkedIn profile (don’t worry, I’ve inserted those too—just in case you miss bullet points and endorsements!). Think of it as a behind-the-scenes tour, and no, you don’t need to buy a ticket. The velvet rope is down.

So yes, the Force is strong with this one. And no, I don’t own a robe. Not Yet.

This section? It’s the informal bit. The “here’s the human behind the professional HR” part. The rest of the website is where I pretend to be professional. This is where I admit I’m still caffeinated.

We spend most of our lives in meetings making decisions, pretending we understand Excel formulas, and replying to emails that make less sense than Alfredo' fettuccine but we’re more than that. Work doesn’t define us. Life needs space—away from buzzing phones, endless meetings and the relentless pursuit of profit. (continued)
